A Major Tenant Moves into Factoria BP
A large and quite well-known company rented an office in Factoria Business Park with a total area of 2,600 sq. m. The tenant wished to remain unknown.
The deal adviser was Times Estate.
Sergey Nazarov, CEO, Times Estate: “The commercial real estate market is in permanent motion. In any business environment, companies have changed and will continue to change their offices: whether it be growth and improvement of conditions, staff reduction or moving to other locations. Deals, including major ones, continued to be closed even during the full lockdown in 2020, the market was not a graveyard one. Today we observe heavy demand of big Russian businesses, which is confirmed by the deal we just closed.”
Mikhail Shmonov, Director of Lease Relations Department, Prime Property Management: “The tenant wished to move into its new office with a high-quality finishing as soon as possible, i.e. it was important, first of all, that the premises were fully prepared for moving in. We are glad that we were able to offer the tenant a suitable office and Factoria BP met all quantitative and qualitative criteria of the tenant, which made it possible to close the deal quite quickly. We hope that the tenant’s move to the new office in Factoria will contribute to the further development of the company.”
