New Infrastructure in Factoria Business Park
Renovation and transformation of Factoria into a new format of urban space, cosy quarters for both work and rest made it possible to attract new modern retailers in the Project within the shortest possible time, including well-known international retailers. The street retail spaces introduced to the facility will be popular both with the employees of the Business Park and with the residents of the neighbouring Savyolovsky District enabling infrastructural tenants providing coworking services and event halls, as well as School 21 to create a sui generis ecosystem and ensure additional traffic.
Today, Factoria is an “atmospheric” business park equipped with high-quality and diverse infrastructure located on the very site of the Business Park. This includes both a gastronomical space (Food Market) that will become the Business Park’s epicentre and a kind of magnet, a world-famous coffee chain (Starbucks), Russia’s largest barbershop chain (TopGun), a new-wave coffee shop (Bloom-n-Brew), a modern wine bar (Bread and Wine), a famous US brand beauty studio (Paul Mitchell), a Vietnamese restaurant (Ма Mi), event halls (Banka-Banka and Collider), and a telecommunications store (Svyaznoy).
“The opening of world-famous Starbucks coffee shop brand in Factoria Business Park is yet another evidence of Factoria’s popularity with both office space tenants and professional retailers. Starbucks coffee shop is yet another important component of the Business Park’s infrastructure and we are very happy to cooperate with this company”, said Pavel Tiger, Director for Lease Relations, Prime Property Management.
The new retail tenants’ concepts have enriched the business park’s existing infrastructure and are a perfect fit for the architectural style of Factoria Business Park’s buildings and an organic match for the former industrial factory buildings in loft style made of brick.
A good combination of Factoria Business Park’s location within walking distance from metro and major arteries makes it possible for the guests to reach Factoria quickly, both on week days and at the weekends. They come to Factoria to spend time with family and friends, visit the Food Market, taste diverse fresh coffee blends, do extreme sports in Moscow’s largest climbing wall, have dinner in a restaurant or cafe, or just take a walk on Factoria’s cosy site and have rest from the hustle and bustle of the city. The Business Park offers event halls for multimedia exhibitions, project presentations, workshops, and private and other types of events.
