Factoria Inviting to Visit a Cheese Fair

On 6 and 7 December, 12:00 p.m. through 9:00 p.m., you will be able to select the tastiest food products from around the world and obviously cheese! You will have a large selection of groceries from around the world, sweets, and decadent desserts!

On Friday and Saturday, we will select the tastiest food products from around the world and obviously cheese! All products to be supplied will be subject to quality control: our experts will pick up the best items for you! A large selection of groceries from around the world, sweets, and decadent desserts!

  • Several dozens of participants will happily demonstrate the varieties of cheeses they produce and share their experience. Awareness-building lectures on the ways to pick up good cheese: how to learn to know foreign varieties of cheese? Why does cheese smell?
  • Scientists and experts will share their precious expertise with visitors: what is Mozzarella? Why shouldn’t ricotta be mistaken with cottage cheese? How do they make aged cheeses?
  • Italian week will tell you about European destinations: where to go in search of the most unusual varieties of cheese and how Swiss cheese is different from French cheese and Italian cheese is different from Spanish cheese.
  • The programme of the event includes a meeting with Giulio Zompi – the famous Don Giulio – and talk about the world of cheeses by Amedeo Cigersa.
  • In addition, guests will be offered a large selection of groceries from around the world: all gourmets will be happy. And obviously – a relevant setting like cheese boards to make sure everyone goes home fully equipped.
