CITYDEL Business Center has obtained the BREEAM In-Use 2020-2021 certificate with grade “Very Good”.

The Business Center has reassessed the property according to the BREEAM In-Use environmental standards in 2020 with rating “Very Good” under the Asset Performance and Building Management sections.

CITYDEL Business Center, managed by Prime Property Management, has obtained the BREEAM In-Use 2020-2021 certificate with rating “Very Good” under the Asset Performance and Building Management sections.

Availability of the BREEAM In-Use certificate and such Rating confirm that operation of the building has a minimal environment impact (environmental performance), prove its energy performance as well as attest to the improved comfort conditions of the tenant employees staying in the building.
