CITYDEL Business Center has obtained BREEAM In-Use Certificate with rating «Good» in Asset Management (technical state of buildings) and Building Management.
Availability of BREEAM In-Use Certificate and such a high-level rating proves that the building is managed with a minimal environmental impact (environmental efficiency), demonstrates its energy efficiency as well as points at improved comfort level for tenants' employees working in the building. Notably, the building's facility management is in line with the best international practices. Certification of the business center has been performed in cooperation with JLL.
