Renovated Image Presentation of “Factoria” Business Center Took Place

 More than 100 people gathered in the new restaurant which is scheduled to open its doors to visitors in the middle of December 2017 on the territory of “Factoria” business center. International and Russian consulting companies, trade operators and members of press were among the guests of this event. 

The presentation coincided with the end date of the construction works on land improvement and several buildings renovation in “Factoria” business park. Prime Property Management company, which carries out “Factoria” business park management for the benefit of its owners, took thorough care of the historical context of its territory, many things being derived from the history of the project.  

The official part of the presentation started with the welcoming speech, delivered by Mikhail Shmonov, Head of Marketing and Leasing Department at Prime Property Management. He emphasized the fact that the competitive advantage of the modern business park is represented by its “atmosphere”, which is formed with the properly selected infrastructure elements such as restaurants, cafes, sport studios, barbershops, art spaces, shop premises of different designation and, also with a functional land improvement concept. In other words, atmosphere is the transformation of office square meters into the single modern product, with friendly socially-oriented, comfortable environment. The finished works on transformation will make “Factoria” an out-of-time project which is going to be liked by both tenants of the business park and real estate market professionals as well as by many visitors of “Factoria” business park.    

Sergey Zotov and Yulia Chernushich, the leading managers of Tenants Relationship Department at Prime Property Management, told guests about the technical features of the business park, its competitive advantages and showed to them the planning layouts of vacant office and trading premises.

In the end of the official part of the presentation, all people interested had an opportunity to see the territory of “Factoria” business park and get familiar with the implemented concept of its improvement and, also with the way the office premises of the first-storeyed buildings have been transformed into high-class trading spaces. With the excursion being finished, the evening continued gaily and comfortably. All the guests could enjoy the life performance of a jazz trio, chat with each other and compare their notes.
