Factoria BP Wins the Prestigious CRE Moscow Awards 2019

Factoria Business Park has earned the first prize in the “Office Real Estate Redevelopment” category from Commercial Real Estate Awards 2019.

It was the first time when Prime Property Management was nominated and awarded the first prize of the most prestigious commercial real estate Award.

Avery year, about 150 companies recognised as established leaders of the commercial real estate market take part in Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards (and about 1,000 guests attend the awarding ceremony) with the first prizes awarded to those properties that meet the current commercial real estate development standards and requirements.

In the final round of the “Office Real Estate Redevelopment” category, Factoria had to compete against reputed properties from major developers in the commercial real estate market – Rassvet Business District (KR Properties) and Moscow Silk Business District (Moscow Silk JSC).
