Hyundai Truck and Bus Rus has become a direct tenant in CITYDEL Business Center

Hyundai Truck and Bus Rus has signed an agreement for direct lease of 432 sq m in CITYDEL Business Center. The transaction was handled by Prime Property Management that manages Citydel.

Hyundai Truck and Bus Rus is an official distributor of Hyundai Motor Company regarding commercial equipment in Russia. The official representative office in Moscow was opened in January 2017.

“The office of Hyundai Truck and Bus Rus has been located in Citydel Business Center since 2017 under a short-term sublease agreement. During that time, we managed to fully appreciate all the advantages of this property: efficient layouts of the leased spaces, central location of the Business Center with convenient transport accessibility and a well-developed related infrastructure. When we got a chance to continue leasing an office in Citydel directly and for a long term, we immediately used that chance,” says Sergey Bogomil, Executive Director at Hyundai Truck and Bus Rus.

Citydel is one of the largest A-class business centers on the 1st line of the Garden Ring in proximity to Kursky railway station as well as Kurskaya, Chkalovskaya and Krasnye Vorota metro stations. Citydel accommodates the offices of major foreign and Russian companies. The property address: 9 Zemlyanoy Val Street (Central Administrative District of Moscow).

“We treasure long-standing partnership relations with Hyundai Truck and Bus Rus and would be glad to sign an agreement for direct lease of the office premises in Citydel Business Center, thus confirming our intentions to further continue our effective collaboration,” says Pavel Tiger, Lease Development Director at Prime Property Management.
