Factoria Business Park welcomes a new major tenant – Russian online facility cleaning service Qlean

Qlean was established in July 2014 as a cleaning service for private apartments. Over the four years of its existence, the company’s services have become available in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Yekaterinburg. Nowadays, Qlean is cleaning thousands of apartments and the platform has thousands of contractors. The current transaction is yet another evidence of the company’s growth dynamics: after the company moved to Factoria Business Park, the area of its office increased several-fold.

Factoria Business Park (27, Vyatskaya Street) is a single complex comprising 17 buildings from two to five levels tall forming a common block. Certain buildings were erected in the 19th century, while the other buildings were erected later. All buildings have undergone an overhaul and replanning, due to which Factoria meets all the requirements to Class B+ office complexes now. The total area of Factoria business park is 59,000 sq m and the gross leasable area is 52,500 sq m.
