Factoria Business Park to Open a New Restaurant – SLAVA

Factoria Business Park to Open a New Restaurant – SLAVA.

Factoria Business Park will soon open the doors of a new restaurant – SLAVA – from the founders of such venues as Bruce Lee Pan-Asian cuisine bar, Picasso dj bar, Eclair coffee and pastry shop, Pizza Dal Kapo and Pizza Grande Sicilian pizza houses, Troy restaurant, and Laguna beach waterfront bar.

The restaurant will be housed in a property of about 430 sq m with a spacious 150-seat summer terrace. The indoor capacity of the restaurant amounts to 120 more guests who will be able to park their cars at the spacious parking lot in Factoria Business Park. The restaurant is scheduled to open in late April 2019.

SLAVA restaurant is based on the concept of the never-fading Soviet cuisine that everybody loves. The menu will include Russian and Ukrainian dishes, shashlyks and pilaf, a variety of big draws from the Georgian, Armenian, and Azerbaijani cuisines considering the popularity of South Caucasian food all around the Soviet Union back in those days. At the weekends, guests will be offered live music, DJ, and master classes in cooking pastries and simple desserts for kids and their moms.

“Our company has a vast experience in the Moscow restaurant market. We have been in the public catering business for 21 years now. The company has adopted a new restaurant development strategy based on a customised approach. Moscow is currently taking energetic effort to promote new venues in the premises of old industrial facilities, in particular: Krasny Oktyabr, Depo, Badaevsky Brewery, and specifically – the former textile factory now accommodating the outstanding and stylish Factoria Business Park, says Alexander Adamov, Managing Partner. We liked the location and site offered for the restaurant, as Factoria is home to multiple modern and dynamic companies whose employees are our potential guests. In addition, the business park is surrounded by multiple residential communities and is located within walking distance to the Moscow metro. The neighbourhood will ensure a further increase in the number of our guests on weekdays and at the weekends in particular”.

With the opening of SLAVA restaurant, the development of the Business Park’s infrastructural and qualitative design will be complete, and its concept will be a perfect fit for Factoria’s architectural style and newly-acquired atmosphere.

“We are happy that the entire retail space in Factoria BP has tenants now. The restaurant in Factoria will serve as a cosy venue for business and informal meetings both for Business Park employees and for district residents”, says Pavel Tiger, Director for Lease Relations, Prime Property Management.

Factoria Business Park is located in Moscow’s established business district with the best possible ease of travel: within 5-minute walking distance to Savyolovskaya metro station and 400 m to the Third Ring Road. The total area of the Business Park amounts to 59,000 sq m, and its leasable area – to 53,360 sq m. Factoria is an integrated complex composed of 17 two- to five-storey constructions represented by both historic and contemporary developments and forming a single business area.
