Kellogg Leases an Office in Factoria Business Park

Factoria Business Park managed by Prime Property Management has a new major tenant – Kellogg’s – the international leading producer of breakfast cereals and fast food products. JLL provided Kellogg’s with search and lease paperwork services.

The new tenant will move to an office with an area of 795 sq m.

Kellogg’s is US-based Kellogg Company’s Russian division incorporated in Russia in the early 2008.

Yulia Volkova, Director for Legal Affairs, Kellogg’s: “As we considered the options for a new office, we were looking for a work space with a good, modern, and efficient layout to make our company’s office even more appealing to our employees. Factoria Business Park meets all the requirements we had in mind: it has an excellent location, a large area with a unique atmosphere, a wide array of amenities on its grounds, and the best possible layout – this combination will enable us to create work stations both for individual work and for teamwork.

Our project team has concluded that Factoria BP is the best possible solution in view of our criteria, and we will be moving to a new business environment shortly”.

Darya Gallyamova, Advisor of Office Tenants Department, JLL: “We were able to provide Kellogg’s division with an office solution that perfectly meets a global company’s needs and requirements. The new office in Factoria BP will make it possible to design a creative and inspiring space, improve work space efficiency, and implement flexible and modern work styles”.

Pavel Tiger, Director for Lease Relations, Prime Property Management: “We are happy to announce that we have closed the lease transaction for office space in Factoria Business Park with Kellogg’s. The fact that the company has selected our Business Park for its office is yet another proof that the renovation works completed in Factoria 2 years ago have been appreciated both by the professional commercial real estate community and by Business Park end users, our partner tenants, modern hi-tech international companies that prioritise the quality of office space and diversity of amenities at the property”.
